The Framingham History Center actively collects objects that relate to our mission to “preserve and share Framingham’s history in order to encourage connection to community.” Framingham’s history spans from the time of the Nipmuc Native Americans to present day and covers many topics and demographics.

Objects that we collect include, personal and family papers of longtime Framingham residents, photographs, postcards, portraits, items from former Framingham businesses and restaurants, maps of Framingham’s villages/neighborhoods, historical clothing, Dennison Mfg Company products and papers, Shoppers’ World memorabilia, the Musterfield/Camp Framingham, and much more.

Please email the Curator before sending materials as we prefer a pre-screening process. In the email, please include the title of the object, dimensions, any relevant information about the object, and a photograph.
