Description B/W posctard, Framingham High School, Framingham Centre, Mass. , addressed to Miss Bertha E. Storer, Warren, Maine. The Rotograph Co., N. Y. City, (Germany) printed circa 1905

The school was built in 1857 on the corner of Vernon Street and Grove Street. This photo, circa 1900, was taken after additions made to the ends in 1890. A new high school was built on Union Avenue in 1907. The original center part of the old high school was later moved and is today's Gordon Building at 1 Pleasant St. This site was used for the Jonathan Maynard School in 1916.
