“Third Saturday” Open House at Old Academy

On March 19th from 1:00 – 4:00 pm the public is invited to view the “Four Centuries of Framingham History” timeline at the Old Academy Building. Located at 14 Vernon Street, children and adults alike can tour this historic old schoolhouse from 1837 and learn more about the once private “Framingham Academy.”

Self-guided tours or docent led tours are available. Explore the lives of the Native American Nipmucs, the escaped “witch” Sarah Clayes, and the other midnight rider – 11 year old Abel Benson!
